Whilst at the store, assistant manager Connor showed excellent customer service during a phone complaint. He was professional, polite, helpful and patient. I needed help choosing the right type of flooring. Connor was great, showing me the products which best fit my requirements. It's difficult to find satisfactory customer service anywhere these days. Thankfully, great customer service still exists.
So glad I called in to talk through options with Dan & the team. I wasn’t that keen, quite undecisive on LVT. Converted, thank you for the perfect advice & talking me through it. It looks modern, feels warm & soft underfoot- Love it! Great service from start to finish. Order to delivery was faultless. Cost is always key so amazing to know that this was extremely competitive to online with added bonus of trustworthy personal service provided by Dan. Shout out to Spenser, fitter suggested by FG who was available, reasonably priced, very genuine and professional outfit. Gets the very highly recommended by us!

Great from start to finish. We were under some time constraints to order and fit. Karl and Dan at Floor giants were so helpful. From coming to the house to measure to guiding and ordering at a great price for a whole house. Also, the fitment from Mike and co was amazing! Great communication, All around excellent!
