Ash was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. He helped us find a suitable flooring for spaces with multiple uses and even let us take a sample board to try out before we made a final decision. Great price too.

Amazing service from the team at Floor Giants. I was approached by Del who was professional and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel suffocated with the usual sales overload. I placed an order and I was transparent I needed the flooring the same week, Del managed to get this sorted and delivered on the Thursday for laying that weekend. Highly recommend them and the team are super friendly and put you at ease from the moment you walk into the showroom. The flooring is beautiful and hard wearing just what I wanted. Excellent customer service throughout the entire experience. Dadvan is a genuinely lovely and very helpful man who supported us from start to finish. He took the time to understand what we needed, guided us through all the options, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Nothing ever felt rushed, and he was always available to answer any questions and offer advice whenever we needed it. He really stood out and made a big difference to our overall experience. I would also like to give a special thank you to Sahir, who did an excellent job. He was professional, efficient, and clearly takes pride in his work. The fitting was done to a very high standard.
